I've never had bags or puffiness under my eyes until I started using CPAP. I've experienced this with two full face masks, and to a slightly lesser degree a nose mask. (But I have central apnea too, and cannot use the nose mask or a nasal pillow). At first I noticed that the masks push up the area beneath the eye, causing wrinkles, particularly on the right side, which would eventually dissipate later on in the day. But now I routinely have puffy, baggy eyes- they too lessen over time during the day, but I look like a fright for hours in the morning.
I can attest that there is absolutely something about CPAP that is causing my eye bags.

Re: EYE BAGS--EEK!
I have resigned myself to using the Fructis under eye roller in the mornings. I guess this is just part of life now.
