Yep, that is what I use. Wifey gets the generic at WalGreen's.

I do have an old discolored mask cushion from the days when I did not know about petrolatum and was using generic Chapstick. No doubt the petrolatum will cause quicker breakdown of the mask.

Carmex contains petrolatum I think but check the ingredients list.
