Power Up

Post by freshair » Mon Nov 14, 2011 4:11 pm

I did a three nite therapy session with my 12v-35AH deep cycle battery----27 hrs---that was a confidence builder for me to see if my one battery would supply enough power to get me through three nites--maybe it would have gone four nites---I got five of them deep cycles so I feel a whole lot better--good luck---FA

Sounds really good. But I would recommend that you don't push the limit on the batteries, discharging them below 40% greatly shortens their life. I have a 125 AH deep discharge, and I let it go 4 nights with the humidifier running on my old M series, but I didn't want to push it any farther. But I know I could go at least a week on my Intellipap because the humidifier doesn't run off of the 12 volts, and this summer I forgot to plug in the mains after coming home from vacation and it ran for a week on battery until I caught it.
