Good to hear restedgal. I am lazy but I also didn't see a need since the water is clean and the humidifier looks as new as When I got it.

Add me to the list of those who just top off the distilled water as needed and very rarely even rinse out the tank.
Can't remember the last time I washed the long hose. I know I did it once when I was a newbie but quickly became lax.

It's so good to hear this. I have two brothers in law who never wash any of their stuff including masks and they have been on this treatment for many years so I felt ok to at least be washing my mask...cushion daily or every other day and head gear once in a while.

My many sinus infections stopped 5 years ago when I started cpap.
