For me the reason to set it to the correct time is we can track patterns and the bedside clock, the oximeter, and the cpap all need to have the same time on them to tease out the problems.
That way when there is a night like last night where his O2 sat level stays below 88% for 53 minutes in a row I can go back and look at the ResScan and see if maybe the cpap with the oxygen bleed in were not on for some reason. (It's happened in the past that he gets up briefly and falls back asleep before remembering to put the mask back on.)
Unfortunately this time the machine shows flow data that entire time so it appears to me to show they were ON.
Is there ANY way that they could have been off his face if the leak data for the hour shows leaks under under ten the entire time? ( I do have smart start off so he won't wake up and find it powered off during the night while still on his face.) Overall the nights basal O2 was 90.2
Ideas anyone?
