For us the best reason to have an apap with data is that things KEEP changing. We are now on med change number 14 in 10 months. (Nerve pain issues, blood pressure going up and a few other problems all hit this year)
I LIKE seeing how things are changing when we change something. Is the apnea getting better or worse with the change? If things get better enough someday maybe the oxygen won't be needed-if things ever get great maybe the cpap won't be needed either.
I keep changes to one a week and start the change and the week on Sunday unless it's imperative we don't wait. Making a major change for this coming week, already know the next change the Dr wants but he said wait til one is in place for a week.
I also like being able to track changes when masks change. Had a mole removed from the end of the nose and it called for a mask change to avoid pressure in that area.

Excellent idea. I'm sure you are keeping a notebook also then. It does get confusing when you change too many things at once or the same week even. Great workejackson1200 wrote:I keep changes to one a week and start the change and the week on Sunday unless it's imperative we don't wait.

If this isn’t rocket science why are there so many spaceshots?
