Stuffy Nose

I am using Clear essential oil by PurSleep and have had great results unstuffing my stuffy nose. I put a couple of drops on their diffuser or a cotton ball and place near the cpap air intake. I wasn't sure if that was a butterfly. I thought so but then wondered of it were some sort of sleep apparatus. Anyway I loved that picture.

Hey I saw you mention to CCU nurse that you're a nurse too. Lots of us. I was an ER nurse in my early life and switched to Psych.

Glad you've solved your stuffy nose issue. I just got a new machine and am having some difficulties in that area. I think I've found the humidity number that works for me but adding a little aromatherapy may just be the topping to the cake.

Sorry it took awhile to get back to you. Nope, not working anymore. Medical issues related to a bad car wreck.

But I had a very interesting and successful career. I was an LPN (LVN) first starting in 1975. I loved to travel so I took advantage of the mobility of the profession. Lived and worked in a dozen states till my wife said "No more moving".

Picked up my Associate degree in Nursing a few years later and finally knocked off the BSN and even went to PA school up in North Dakota where I'm from originally.

I've worked in ER, ICU, years as an Ortho nurse and once I turned to Psych Nursing, I worked mostly in institutional settings. A facility for the criminally insane, a unit for mentally challenged criminals and even a few prisons. Many women are leery of working in those places so they always have openings and loved to see a large male nurse walk in the door.

My worst job was working in a half-way house for teenage female juvenile delinquents. Give me psychotic murderers any day...
