Help - error message on intellipap - on vacation
I just started my first day of a ten-day vacation and when I set up my intellipap tonight, I got the error message "EA1 Module Fault, Contact Provider". Since I have no idea what that means, I guess I can't use my cpap until I get it figured out. Does anyone have any idea what that error message means? Thanks for the help!

Check that your smartlink module is connected correctly.

Re: Help - error message on intellipap - on vacation
There is a bulletin available on the manufacturer's website:
http://www.devilbisshealthcare.com/tech ... de-message
As archangel said, it has to do w/smartlink module - bulletin refers to battery contacts in the smartlink module possibly separating if module suffers a shock like being dropped.
Maybe machine will work if module is removed? (I'm not familiar w/machine).
Best of luck...

Re: Help - error message on intellipap - on vacation
Thanks for the help. I read the bulletin and checked my smartlink module and its number did not fall into the range given for the "problem products". However, it does seems like the problem is only with the SmartLink module so I think the suggestion to simply remove the smartlink module and use my intellipap anyway is a good one. That's my plan for tonight - and I'll call DeVilbliss tomorrow about the problem and see whether I need to repair or replace the smartlink module.
Thanks so much for your responses. Don't know what I'd do without this forum!
