DME Came Through!!!

Post by RomeinDNVR » Wed Oct 26, 2011 2:54 pm

I got a call today from my DME rep, she found out that they still have not sent my new mask or CPAP. To "make up" for the delay she ordered the PR System One REMstar Auto CPAP Machine with A-Flex instead of the Pro!

I am really excited to get it and find out how my therapy is actually going!

I have the same machine, just got it a week now, I do love it, you will love it too. Going back to doc on Fri. I think I would like to try it on auto, right now it's on straight c-pap, level 10. It seems like that level of air is not sufficient at times. Last night I woke up gasping for air, it felt like I was suffocating for a second or two. I must have been having a bad, long apnea... Fell asleep on my back, which is a no go for me. I can't get air at all while on my back.
