Morning Headaches
Re: Morning Headaches
Hmmm...I had those "killer" headaches too for years...some days they'd last two or three days and I almost every morning woke up with a headache that would eventually go away with enough coffee and ibuprofen!! And the bp was too high, so that can also be a culprit. However, my headaches are back and have been all week, but I'm assuming mine are associated with allegeries now. My nose is irritated, sneezing fits, and nose bleeds. My head just feels "full" most of the day and end up having to take something just to feel somewhat better, then the something makes me tired!! My thought has been the nasal pillows, not necessarily their fault, but with the allergies raging right now, the pillows are blowing the irritants up the sinuses. I could so go back to sleep right now, but I know as soon as I lay down the pressure in the head will intensify! It's times like these I almost welcome the freezing temps and snow!!!

Re: Morning Headaches
And just what are you doing to manage the nasal allergies? There's no need to suffer with them. Among other things-----neti pot or sinus rinse bottle. Try it; it makes a huge difference.Gaga58 wrote:However, my headaches are back and have been all week, but I'm assuming mine are associated with allegeries now. There is a reason that winter in Buffalo is my favorite season. We're still looking for our first frost here. And I'm still looking forward to it ....could so go back to sleep right now, but I know as soon as I lay down the pressure in the head will intensify!
