It's great!!!!!!!!!!!

I must have done all things right . I slept with my CPAP for the first time last night. Went to sleep the first hour and woke up 7 hours later with it still on. I woke up once with the mask leaking, but strainghten it up on my nose and went back to sleep. I feel better today then I have for a long time. I do have some head ache, and some sore throat. Is this normal starting out?

It would help if you would update your profile with what machine, mask, humidifier, pressure, etc. you are using. Many comments can be added in your "signature" box. Then we can better answer your questions.

Are you using a humidifier? That usually helps with the sore throat or dry mouth.

What was your titrated pressure? What machine are you using?

Once you update your profile, we can help more.

It is quite possible you are leaking pressure from your mouth, that would account for both symptoms. It also causes your treatment to be less effective.
