PR1 SH output - what is going on here please

Post by jules » Sat Oct 08, 2011 11:06 am

Image

this was last night - night 8 with new PR APAP - setting 8.5 - 11, Somnoplus mask (that is a nasal)

leak is fine then - pressure is low - but ....... why the gaps in flow? (mouth breathing????)

yes I realize lots of pressure pulses - this min is too low for this mask probably - it is fine for the Swift LT I had been using until 2 nights ago

the O2 same time period is okay as I have a pulse ox

Going by the fact it is only showing two sessions, the gaps in the flow can only happen in this instance from corrupt .005 data file..
Power going off in the middle of the night can do it. So can a glitchy SD card.

The debug log usually says something during import when this happens.. try creating a dummy profile and reimporting, and see what the debug log gives any clues about these session id's. To remove the dummy profile, simply delete it's folder under SleepApp/Profiles/

There is only so much that can be done with corrupted waveform data.

But a copy of that days session files extracted from the sd card would come in handy to help identify the rest of the issues.

I've seen pressure pulses group close like that before on newer machines. hmmm.. 550p Unknown Model? What exactly is your machine?

the machine I got from cpap.com end of last month - the info on the bottom appears it was made in August of this year.

the firmware is version 2.5 there is a 2.XX on the bottom of machine on same line as the 20110812 information

https://www.cpap.com/cpap-machine/respi ... -flex.html

my humidifier is stand alone FP one so not integrated if that matters

power didn't go off as far as I know (all clocks are still okay - there is one on the same powerstrip as APAP and it is fine)

I didn't see glitches like this in glancing at my other night's information -

imported data using a new user name gave me same graphs

RobySue reports a glitch like this one night. I don't know the final outcome of her inquiry. I don't know if others have these glitches too but I do recall seeing her post.
