Thanks everyone. This stuff has been really helpful. His mask keeps leaking too and I don't think his pressure is set that high (11). I think he is going to try a different mask. The one he has seems to be some sort of generic with no markings on it whatsoever. Weird.

Long time ago I read about someone who kept a popsicle stick on the nightstand. Slide the flat popsicle stick gently under the mask cushion...scratch the itch... slide the stick back out. In most cases, no need to remove or loosen the mask to do that.
