Should I lower the minimum pressure on my Autoset?

If you click on "image code" in the links block to the right of your image, it flashes "copied", and then if you paste that into your post it displays like this.

If you click on the graph icon to the right of the serial number, then click on the detailed tab, and uncheck AHI and SNORE, you will have a better view of your graphs. Those 2 aren't telling you anything since you don't show much snore and the AHI graph is useless.

On the Summary Graphs tab, how high has your pressure gone in the last 30 days? That would determine whether I dropped the maximum.
I would drop your minimum 1cmH2O and see what happens. That may help with your leaks.

How often do you replace the pillows on your Swift FX? You seem to be showing leaks as soon as you fall asleep.

Over the past 30 days the maximum pressure reached was 14.90, but there is no detailed data available for that day for some reason. The next highest was 14.20. The rest seem to be boringly under 12. There have been several instances where I have taken my mask off for a bathroom break, and the way the mask landed against the pillow apparently provided enough back pressure to trick the S9 into staying on instead of shutting the air flow off. Would this cause the S9 to ramp up to max? I can say for certain, but at least one of the high pressure events may have coincided with this anomaly.

For the past several months, I have been swapping the pillows every time they show up, which seems to be every month. I can't say the new pillow feels/seals any better than each previous one and close inspection does not show any apparent wear on any of the pillows, new or old.

I will probably set the minimum pressure to 9.0 tonight and give that a try.

Very interesting. I lowered the minimum pressure to 9.0 for the past 2 nights and got some unexpected results. I kind of thought that the minimum pressure night dip into the 9s but that the max would stay at about 11.0. The actual pressures and leakage were,

10/07/2011 press: min-- 9.1 95%--9.5 max-- 9.7 ~ leakage : 0.0 12.0 24.4 ~ AHI = 0.1

10/08/2011 press: min-- 9.1 95%--9.6 max-- 9.9 ~ leakage : 7.2 19.2 24.0 ~ AHI = 0.2

Leakage, while not perfect, also went down considerably. I know it's only 2 days, but an interesting start.

I'm not sure if I am going to try dropping it any more, probably watch results for a few days before considering any changes.

Is anyone else surprised at the results, especially the drop in max pressure? When I had my old school straight CPAP, the pressure was set at 13, gotta love APAP and data availability. Also, FWIW, I feel fine, rested.
