I'll read or watch TV until feeling sleepy and then hook up. After that I'll be asleep in minutes.

Same here. I use to listen to a portable radio with ear buds and fall asleep. I'd also wake up during the night and listen some more. (Went through a lot of batteries). Since i've been on CPAP, I fall asleep pretty quickly, and if I do have to get up during the night for a "pit stop", I fall right back to sleep again when I return to bed.
