you are lucky - I have tried the TP, the mouthwash, (both of these regular was well as PBF formulas) and the gel - the gel won't even last all night for me but it works best for me

The mouthwash especially (I use it whenever I am home and brush my teeth).

There is a mouth gel (designed to be swallowed) that is especially good if I am going through a phase of cotton mouth aside from breathing/leaking issues.

I have used the toothpaste, but not currently...I have to be choosy with toothpastes in general because of some sensitivities to usual toothpaste ingredients....

The gum is interesting, but I generally would rather carry the mouth gel (and I do!)

I use these products for comfort reasons, as well as the oral health protections. I have been on medicines in the past that cause dry mouth, and dry mouth can cause teeth and gum problems. The enzymes in the Biotene products are supposed to help... I personally believe they do (especially with my good dental reports!)

I have an auto immune/connective tissue disease called Sjogren's Syndrome. It causes sicca syndrome(dry mouth and dry eyes) among other nasty things. Being only 1 week on CPAP it contributes further to my dry mouth. I've tried all the Biotene products. The only one I like is the toothpaste. I use it always. The disk that sticks to your mouth it called Oramoist. I tried them too. Not good! They melt and you get goo in your mouth as a result. Although Biotene products may work better for someone who does not have sicca syndrome, I have to take a prescription medicine(pilocarpine) to induce salaiva flow. So, try them and if they work for you use them. But beleive me, I know many others with sjogren's and these products don't work that well for us.
Good luck to you..
