I can vouch for this program as well. I can say that it was a few days (not more than 3) from when I submitted my form on the cpaplibrary.com website to when I received my invoice for $14. So I am assuming that at the moment you submit the form your requested mask may not be available, but Dane sends you an invoice when the mask you requested is ready to ship.

Great program!

I was trying to find out how the payments are to be paid. I am very interested in the program.

Members who have used this trial...did he use PayPal? That would be my first inclination since it is widely used.

After I signed up, I heard in a few days (don't recall just how many, it was pretty quick), and I made payment through Google checkout. If I recall, I had the option of either Google or PayPal.

I got an invoice the next day, which I paid through google checkout. I'm looking forward to checking out the mask I selected.

I was going to try this program, but they didn't have the Swift LT I wanted to try. When I asked my DME, they let me borrow one for free. Other than providing good customer service, I'm not really sure why the DME does it. I'm guessing they get "sample" masks they don't have to pay for. Anyhow, I really liked that my DME did this for me, and after the trial, I did change masks and now am using a brand new Swift LT. So it doesn't hurt to ask your DME if they will do this for you.
CPAP for the rest of your life.

I must have done something wrong then as it's been two weeks since I signed up...wanted to try the Swift Fx for her...haven't heard anything, even checked my email "trash" thinking it may been sent there, but no. Oh well, I've ordered a Swfx for her in "parts" off ebay...cheap enough that I figured it was worth the try!! Thanks all for the replies!
