Maxium Progress

In the last month I've been taking charge of my treatment. The Dr. set me at 14cm. Last month I jumped it to 15cm and cut my AHI in half. So this month I went to 15.5cm, it appeared I went too high, but two nights later it appears to be at the best, Feb-01 was AHI=0 Snore=0 Leak over mask rate= almost Zero, the next night it was AHI 0.7.

Looks like I've got it dialed in, and at 6.00 P. M. my head doesn't fall on my keyboard. I wish you all the luck in finding what works for you. Jim

That's great, Jim!
IMO, you're finding the key to the success of this therapy.....taking control of it.

Yes seconded.

It is great to see so many success stories lately.
Helps boost the confidence of those starting up
or learning how to get started.

I'd, say on a difficulty of 1 to 10, I had a 8. Much easier than most of our readers. I was lucky I had the best of equiptment, my Comfortfull FF mask is not considered as good by most folks and mine even broke, but I'm a Epoxy Fool, I lost one nights sleep but my head will fall off before it breaks in the same place. I always go overboard when I repair something, I have a new one, but I now have 1200 hours on it. I have learned the value of Hot Melt Glue too. I could have slept some that night if I had used that.

The main thing is make up your mind you are going to master this, and do it. Every hour you don't get it done is another hour of your life wasted. The clock only allows us so many, make the most of them.

Good Dreams, Jim
