I hope you get an answer. I would live to sleep on my stomach again. Can't keep the air from blowing on my arms. It will be cool soon so long sleeves will be comfortable.

Thanks, me too. I have tried every position I could think of but I am only comfy on my stomach. But with a normal pillow I fight it all night...I fight the whole situation anyways, but that is beside the point Good luck to you.

I use the Regenisis buckwheat pillow. I often end up on my stomach. I can make a little "hole" in the hulls to fit my nose and mask into. I find it more comfortable for my neck than one of the larger cpap pillows that has a part of the pillow scooped out to accommodate the pillow. I am small woman, small shoulders so the other pillows put my head higher than feels comfortable. I also have a metal plate in my neck so straight line is better for my neck. If my pillow is too high I wake up with major neck pain headache. The buckwheat pillow offers the support my neck needs, not awfully high and allows me to move the hulls so they don't push on the mask. I can sleep with my face pretty much face down in the pillow.

Pillows are like masks. Highly personal preference.

I bought a CPAP pillow to begin with - one with like big bitemarks out of each end LOL. This worked quite well as I'm also a side/stomach sleeper.

After reading a bunch here, decided to try the Regenesis buckwheat pillow and find that is perfect for me as it can be shaped, and holds the shape. I bought the King size one and messed with different amounts of buckwheat and found that for me, very full worked best.

Just a word about the buckwheat pillow - occasionally I was finding the zipper opened a tad and I had li'l buckwheat bits all over the place. Now I have the amount right, I just put a couple of stitches in the end of the zipper to hold the pull in place.

I now keep my other pillow in our camper for our little escapes.

Cheers,
xena

For those interested in buckwheat pillows. Some members here have use this place and really like it.
http://www.beans72.com/beans72/0-Pillows2.htm

I happened to get mine from PurSleep when he was wanting people to test them. So I only had to pay shipping costs
I didn't get any extra hulls and sometimes I wish I could try some but just haven't wanted to badly enough to order more.
Mine is the small one..he didn't add the larger one till later.

My neck is so bad that even if I didn't have OSA I would use this type of pillow. For my body the large (height) pillows like the memory foam (which does feel awesome to start out with) puts my head at a tilt and this messes with spinal alignment which causes me grief. Now if I was a large shouldered man...then I would need something higher to keep spine straight when on my side or stomach.
