A heated hose is an easy way to deal with this. I live in the Seattle area and it is cold and damp in the winter. In addition, I like my room cold at night. All of this is rainout waiting to happen. The heated hose wrapped with the snuggle thing helps a great deal.

Every now and then I forget to plug in the hose and i am reminded why I got the heated hose in the first place.
