Try the XL "Headrest" pillows. They are great, too.

THAT'S a BIG plus .. i used to avoid rolling over at night, didn't want to disturb my wife. Now I don't have to worry.

As far as noise, the Aura is fairly quiet. The Breeze is quieter, but the vent blowing straight out is the reason why it lives in my top drawer.
