Love my Swift FX too! Just sucks wen one of my nostrils is plugged up before going to bed. Therefore I can't use them.

Yes Carl, do take a picture. That is great idea of how to line up the straps, never thought of that.

Well no gas pain today! I turned my min pressure down from 10 to 8. Left Max at 13. However I had to take it off at some point cause water got in the hose. Too lazy to get up and fix it. I really need some lanolin. Vaseline made pillows slip out. None at Walmart. Will try pharmacy

Ok, I'll try. I'll put it in a new thread so I don't hijack this one.

T, I've been told you can purchase some Lanolish at Walmart in the nursing section, or Babys'r'Us. However, I was told that it's more expensive at Babys'r'Us, or try a store that sells infant stuff. I use Lanolish every time I use my Swift FX, no problems.

I just started using the Swift FX for Her and still need to make adjustments for it to be successful. How do you use the Lanolish? Where do you put it, and how much? I assume you need it to reduce irritation of your nostrils?

I appreciate the advice. Been using a nasal mask for the past few months and would like to use nasal pillows instead if possible (less stuff on my face).

Bleh you totally describe me! Woke me up last night and couldn't go back to sleep.

Thankfully, this doesn't happen every night, so hopefully won't for you either.

Apply just a small dab to finger and then to nostril area (outer and inner). Doesn't take much. It will help with skin irritation. You can also use it during the day if area is a bit tender. Don't use too much..with body heat during the night if too much it sort of melts and might make things slide around too much.
