Sorry Gumby and Archangle - I should have been more detailed in my description
What I needed, and picked up today from my DME because she happened to have one, is the DC plug that goes from my machine to a car cigarette lighter socket (which is what the connector on my new battery is like) - so I'm talking about this unit...

Whereas I've been connecting my cpap machine to the wall socket in my house with the power cord that came with it that looks like this...
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/Power+ ... hines.html
Now you can see that on our hosts site, the cigarette style cord is only about $25 - and since my DME only charges $250 for masks that I see on cpap.com for $130, I thought their markup wasn't that bad - but she charged me $70 for the cigarette style cord today - I would never have paid if I didn't need it today
Anyway, I'm all set now - and I'm charging my new battery up tonight - I'll be sure to post how many hours of use I get from it - I don't think I'll even try to use the humidifier (my DME suggested turning it down to zero but keeping water in it so the airflow would at least run past the cold water and get some moisture to my nose)
Need advice from those with camping battery experience...
