rvbcave, I've bought several of the card readers from 2factors. I already had the drivers, so I'm not sure about this....but....
I think this might be the ticket:
drivers for the reader - do NOT use the installation CD that comes with the reader To download and install the correct drivers for the card reader, click link to: "Installers for EncorePro" near bottom righthand side of page.

Restedgal is correct. If you go to the 2factors.com website and click on the card reader and then on the link that says Installer for Encore Pro, THAT is the driver you want. I just did a completely fresh install on a brand new WindowsXP installation and that is the driver I used. Nothing else. Worked perfectly.

Just another hose comment. It was 45 F in my sleeping area last night and it has been colder so I sewed a double fleece cover for my tube. I turn on the heater 15 min before I start up the CPAP and have not had any problems. It has a couple added benefits; the cold tube doesn't rub against me, the tube cover "clings" to the blankets so moves with me when I turn. And the tubing doesn't fall over the edge of the bed and pull on the mask.
Thanks gang,
I got and installed the 2 factors driver. I thought their was something else I was supposed to install that used to reside on sleepyman's site. Forgive my ignorance I am used to using Macs and linux machines. This is the first time I have fired up Windows in a while. When I have time I am going to run it on ubuntu or SUSE like Yardbird is doing. Thank you all SO VErY much for all your help!
