Intellipap Smart link quit working

For the last 7 months I have been getting results from the Smart Link and a few weeks ago, I noticed the Smart Link gadget on the rear of my Intellipep was loose. I reseated it and made sure it was fixed and not loose any more, and 2 weeks later, when I pulled the SD card out and put it into the reader and inserted it into my computer. I got nothing.
Is it supposed to be loose and moveable up and done a micro amount? When I push the SD card down, I have to jiggle the thing to detect the card and after a few moments, it says it's finished and when I hook it to the computer, nothing for the last 2 weeks.

Any ideas as to what's going on?

Have you tried unplugging the machine and replugging it in to 'reboot' it? The module should be seated snugly on the back of the machine. I'd unplug the machine. Reseat the module snugly, plug the machine back in, and sleep that night. In the morning, put your SD card into the slot to collect the data and see what you get. I never leave my SD card in the machine. I only put it in when I want to collect data and it will collect everything since the last time I collected data when I do. I've been using my machine and the same SD card for one year and have had no issues doing it that way.

Thanks Emilia, I think the reason I lost the last 2 weeks was my error. Think when I pressed SD card in, I didn't make good contact and it jumped back up. When I pushed it in firmly again, it had lost all prior data. This morning I pressed it down firmly, transferred data and entered it into computer and all data from last night was intact.

Just need to pay attention....
