Adjust air pressue remstar plus C-Flex

I'm uninured my ResMed Elite just died it was my fourth. I got a used CPAP and need to set air pressure cannot figure how. I've done it before with a couple of past units this one cannot figure out. Please help.! After 20yrs I'm conditioned to have the noise if nothing else. But, really I do receive benefits my last study showed I stop breathing 50 times and hour Scared my tech.
