I do practice safe disk ejection.
Things seem to be working now, it's just those three lost days...
Diagnosed with severe SA, and started CPAP 8-24-11.

Lots of people really dislike Apria as well.

I don't know how changing supplies in the middle of the rental is going to work in terms of the insurance paying for the machine.
No, that's not why I am changing. It's because, in retrospect after learning much more about this matter, I know I did not get adequate treatment from All Saints. They tried to force me to wear a nasal mask for a month when my sleep study clearly stated that I needed a full face mask, they gave me only basic information about the machine, and every time I tried a new mask, they rushed through how to use it. Basically they explained very little to me about this whole apnea thing.

My pulmologist (who is not the same one as the sleep study doctor) ordered my oxygen through APRIA - that's the only reason I know about them. I didn't even know until that that I actually had a choice in providers. I went to ALL SAINTS because the hospital set up the appointment, not telling me that I could go somewhere else.

You're right, I don't know either. I'm going to call my insurance company tomorrow and try to get some answers about what they pay and what they require. I've gotten several difference answers from the DME - depending on which employee I talked to at the time.
