SOMNOsmart 2 - ERR S ..... HELP!

Help!... finally made it back to the States from Germany, my son (12) also has an apnea and we brought the Somnosmart 2 with us and finally had our first doctor appt. last Monday with a referral for Tristan regarding his apnea/cpap in December. His Somnosmart stopped working middle of the night and I have no idea where to get help from here in Wichita, Kansas.... stoopid machine starts up like normal but then shuts off and is giving us an "ERR S" message, HELP!

Thank you Pugsy... I was able to find that link as well but was hoping someone might know a little bit more... Getting a non-stop runaround here re: prescription, refusing help without a script from the pulmonologist and the only one in our greater area that will/can take him is out of country now and the others won't touch him cause he is a child. They refuse to accept any of the medical papers from Germany... insanity here...
