My kids are in their mid 40's and my son in law is 50+. It's my grandchildren that keep me on my toes. Golf and bike riding with the older ones and school activities (music and sports) with the younger. I'm fortunate that I have never had problems with BP or Cholesterol. We live in a tri-level and I find myself going up and down stairs all day long. This along with sensible eating
(we rarely go out) has kept my wife and I healthy.

I drink champagne with friends and family as often as possible ( the good stuff, like drinking stars ) And try to learn new things Kathy
Any landing you walk away from is a good one; if you don't break your airplane it's excellent.
