But then, there are people like me... I use a medium mask with small headgear. Something has to be split up somewhere for that to happen. I wish I could remember how everything was packaged and billed when I got the mask, but alas, I cannot. I am due for a replacement mask soon, though. I am hoping it comes with the headgear, because that is falling apart, after only three months.

Does anyone know if Medicare covers chin straps?
I believe that they also cover Remzzz's - am I correct?

Yes, Remzzz's are covered. On masks that have a removable seal, like on the quattro, you have a choice of getting a new seal
or getting Remzzz's.
My chin strap was covered.

new mask replacement ever 3 months....new headgear replacement ever 6 mos...if you change to a different mask on your next 3 month cycle you'll get the mask but will have to pay for headgear if you've had a headgear replacement within your last 3 month cycle....thats the deal with my dme===FA
