I've had a few nights with high leak rate; when I look at data, I have 10 or 20 min periods with with leaks that exceed the limit (24 red line) but the obstructive apnea events I've had (concurrent with snoring) during the night occurred when the mask was NOT leaking. Every event occurred when leak rate was minimal.
In this case, is data (AHI, AI, etc) still worthless if overall average leak rate is high?

Re: accounting for leaks question
ResMed says that leaks above the red line can impact therapy AND scoring of events. So it is possible that the machine simply doesn't sense events properly and thus may miss scoring them. Of course it is also possible that no events happened during that short period of time. We just don't know for sure.
