Wanted a data machine, got a brick

It's been three weeks since my titration study. I've still got a week to go before I will finally be able to see the sleep doctor to get a prescription for CPAP. I was tired of being sleepy every day and didn't want to keep waiting to get some relief. I bought an M-Series Pro from Craigslist last week. (I had asked the sleep tech what pressure I was titrated to.) I thought I'd be able to get data from this machine, but something seems to be wrong with it. I reset all the data to start at 0. I've slept with it three nights since. The blower hours have increased accordingly, but the therapy hours is only showing 0.2hrs. AHI and leaks are still at 0.0. It looks like I won't be able to get any data from this machine, but at least I'm getting therapy. I'm already experiencing major improvement in how I feel during the day.

I've interviewed a couple of DME's that are in-network for my insurance, and I've found one I think I can work with. He assures me he can get me a ResMed S9 Autoset. I guess I'll have to wait until then to get a look at the data.

Does Sleepyhead work with ResMed data cards?

Yes. It will work with the S9 SD cards.
You can also get ResScan easily if you wish.

Unsure why your M Series Pro is not showing the data properly. If you were going to use it all the time I found the card reader for $40 and we would get you the software but since it won't be your primary machine, not much sense in spending the money. I started my therapy on an M Series machine and I reset the data nightly without issues. So it will work.
