Weird Wave Form---Where's the OA?

Weird Wave Form---Where's the OA?

Sometimes my PR S1 BiPAP seems to lose its mind. The night of July 15, Kaa flagged this as an OA in both SleepyHead and Encore:

Fortunately this kind of obvious mistake doesn't happen very often. But I'm wondering---does anybody else ever see this kind of obvious error in their data?
