S9 - turn down/off screen?

The screen is SO bright. Sometimes at night I'll turn the machine off if I have to unhook to go pee and it lights up the whole room.

Any way of turning it off or down? I searched to no avail.

Yeah. Hold down the "start/stop" button for three seconds. That will turn the whole machine off. It will stop the dribble of air that keeps the tubing dry, but if you're coming right back, that probably doesn't matter. Push the same button when you get back to wake it up, and hold down the dial for three seconds to get the air back. Do that again if you want cool down mode instead of warm up.

Or you could just cover the screen with something.

There may be a way to turn off the display only. Post if you find it.
