Especially if you have a Mirage Liberty. Here's my problem.
My face is round - but it's only a weeeeeee tiny bit too large for a small but WAY too small for a medium. I get "squeaks" about in between where the upper and lower straps are which makes it difficult to tape. I've tried creating a homemade "liner" which stops the squeaks but creates leaks. I wouldn't worry about the squeaks except it wakes me up and I have a hard enough time sleeping as it is.
You don't have to be wearing the same mask as I am as I'm sure there are other FFM wearers who experience the same thing whether small to medium or medium to large. So if anyone has an idea to stop the squeaking (it's worse than the mask farts people - it sounds like I got a mouse screaming in my ear!!) I would be totally and forever grateful!!
Tink yew so veddy veddy much!

I love sleep because it is both pleasant and safe to use. - Fran Lebowitz HA!! Yeah right - not when you're a hosehead!
Re: For you "tweener" mask wearers
if it's where the straps meet the mask... have you tried padacheeks?
On my Hybrid I wear my padacheeks long enough that they almost cover the clips.

Re: For you "tweener" mask wearers
I has a similar problem with the Hybrid:
My solutions is as folows:
I use padacheek strap liners for the bottom Hybrid straps, but for the top straps I needed something different:
I use a pair of thin cotton socks, folded in two, one pair under each top strap. This has two advantages:
It basically creates a "fatter face" for the Hybrid to handle,
It's thicker and broader than the Padacheek liner, and on my face, this solution does a bettier job at keeping the Hybrid from creating deep trenches underneath my cheekbones.
I fold the socks so that the smooth (sole) side is against my cheek.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.
