pack packing and cpap machines

Going on 12 day pack packing trip and not looking forward to the absents of the cpap machine for that length of time.
Do they make any compact battery operated units?

I do the same sort of thing and have found nothing that is workable for backpacking. You might find a relatively small and lightweight unit with a relatively small battery but the charge won't last. How many solar panels can you carry?

My solution is to go without as I am not giving up what makes life worthwhile. Heck, I probably have had sleep apnea for 30 years untreated. A few weeks a year without treatment is a risk I am willing to take. However, I am thinking of trying Provent for those times as what would there be to lose. I have thought about a dental appliance but am not enthused by the idea (high cost with no guaranties).
