Crusher, how come you don't bring up the O2 desats issue? If you did I could then ask you this:

What would I do if I read on my Oxymeter desats lasting few minutes at:

1) 84%
2) 78%
3 68%

I would definitely try to get a doctor's input. Can your PCP refer you to a sleep specialist? Something's just not right here...

I suspected some kind of CSAS for some time but it does not jibe.


But I'll sure check with my Sleep Doc next month.

Avi, if your O2 levels are dropping below 90%, you need to stop holding your breath and breathe...

If your O2 levels drop below 90% and you are breathing, you need have your doctor take a closer look at your lung function.

Bottom line is that you don't want your oxygen levels to drop below 90%.
