Hi thank you so much,really thank you,some replys brought tears to my eyes!! i did really have high expectations about this miricle cure machine!! its not! im understanding now,.but still the thought of putting it on,really fills me with dread,iv got an appointment with my consultant tuesday and another appointment with the ENT (ears nose throat)Fri they r saying im having a camera up my nose to see if all is well, its hard i really dont know wot to think ,wish i could wave a magic wand and all be well,7 mths ago my hubby kept waking me up cause i wasnt breathing that was my inital go to the docs,but iv suffered with snoring and tiredness for yrs!!my hubby is great and very supportive, soz its toke me ages to reply,finding my way round this site,,im gonna do my profile i need to look at my instuction leaflet ,iv not a clue wot machine im using..lol..will fill profile in later r tomorrow!! u all seen to know wot your on about iv not got a clue, im very glad if found u all,i need this,cause they way i feel now,im not in a good place!! im a strong postive outgoin fun lively person,(usually) i just want to be normal,i dont feel normal at all ..Thanks to everyone who has replyed and cared!! how do u reply to someone ,just wanna say thanks,is it the Ouote button?? lol..im tired ,confusion is my middle name ...paula x x x

If there is only one post, right above and below the avatar of the poster are gold boxes that say "Post reply". Just click on that, unless you do want to quote another poster.
If there is a page of posts, the gold box is at the top of the page, and another one on the bottom of the page.

You are doing fine. We all understand how tired we were when we first started out. I hope you can make it until your next appointment and your provider can check to see if they have your machine on the right pressure.

thanks u two! glad to know i have a good machine,its my first and only had it a wk although i hate it more than peanut butter,lol,iv nothing to compare it to,but good to know its a good one! im glad iv meet other people like me,i feel im not alone,although it upsets me to read wot everyone is goin through,its hard! hope i make good friends ere,x x x polly x x
