Oh....I have already had a chance to try the S9 VPAP Auto. One of the forum members was nice enough to let me borrow theirs so I could offer my own comparison for how it feels compared to my PR S1 BiPap Auto. Most people don't get a chance to actually compare the different brands. I was lucky and got to scratch that itch about "what does the other brand feel like"...
I have commented on it here some...need to update it.

Page 3 probably has the VPAP stuff, might have a little at bottom of page 2.
In all honesty...both do a super job. Both are nearly silent. Both are very easy to adjust to breathing with. I fixed the heated hose difference with my Hybernite 2300.
I don't really, really need to have the VPAP for backup... I just want one. I am really doing extremely well on my PR S1 BiPap but I would like to break up the boredome sometimes and play around with the subtle differences in the VPAP. Rather silly of me I suppose but that is just me.
I do know that with the change from APAP to BiPap....I finally had the "miracle" everyone talks about and I had the "miracle" with both brands of Bilevel machines.
It may take me a bit to find a VPAP Auto S9 since they are so new (that I can afford) but I will eventually find one. I can't use my insurance (which has never bought me a machine) because I don't have BiPap RX. darn it.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
