I would increase the minimum just a bit on the off chance those snores are (or at least some of them) real and maybe triggering pressure increases because they may also have a bit of flow limitations with them. Not a huge concern and I wouldn't lose sleep worrying about them since you report feeling quite well and sleeping well.

Pressure variations have never bothered me either but they do some people and for those people we might suggest a tighter range.

Some of those snores could also simply be hose movement sounds. We can't really tell for sure.

I recently broke my wrist so I am sleeping more on my back and also taking pain meds. My snores have increased dramatically though my worst OSA was in REM sleep and never supine. Snores aren't a black and white issue IMHO unless something else seems to also need improving.

I see no harm in a small 1 or 2 cm increase in the minimum pressure just to see if those snores will respond. You have lots of wiggle room. If I were seeing the number of snores and clusters of them that you are seeing, that is what I would do. Just a little tweaking because that amount of snores all the time would probably bug my little brain even though everything else looked fine. It might also reduce that PB a bit. I have seen increased PB along with increased snores.. be reduced when the snores are reduced. Does it mean anything significant? I don't know for sure.

Thanks for the advice, Pugsy. Much appreciated. I'll do what you suggest and let you know what happens.
Mike.

P.S.: I hope your wrist recovers quickly.

Thanks. Surgery was 10th. Needed a couple of "pins" to secure all the fragments. Just got cast couple days ago.
8 weeks of the barbed wire pokes that I can never prepare for. About like ice pick poking... In addition to the normal pain.

Poor old APAP getting a good workout now with all the narcotics. Pressures are all over the place.

Takes me forever to type with one hand. I thought I would have half the typos but I think they doubled instead.
