The only time of day when I am not drop-dead exhausted is between 4:30-10:30am. I wake up with a lot of energy—though it may just be restless energy! I keep it to myself, though, and tiptoe around the house so as not to disturb any night-owls. So hopefully no one is motivated to kill me...
I did read somewhere that there are two types of people: night owls and "toast" people. It had to do with circadian rhythms and body temperature. "Toast" people feel warm in the morning and "pop" out of bed. This is definitely the case for me. Night owls have lower body temperatures in the morning.
Epworth Sleepiness Scale: 14
Diagnostic study: overall AHI: 0.2 events/hour; overall RDI: 45 events/hour
Titration study: AHI: 6.1; RDI: 27; CPAP pressures: 5-8cm
Not-tired behind my eyes and with a clear, cool head!

The vast majority of crimes are created by government at all levels - federal, state, local.
