Hi ,

Would any of you good people on this forum know anything about - NON REM PARASOMNIA , i have osa and have been told that i also have this .
I know that i make movements in my sleep ,talk, and do sexual thing's anything else i should know about ?????

Non-REM is when it happens, as in which stages of sleep. Parasomnias can be just about anything, since it is highly individual, as I understand it.

It is good you are working with professionals to deal with it.
