Also, could you tell me what operating system your computer uses for the software? I was told not to use Vista on 34 or 64 bit - but not sure what that means....

I am using Encore Viewer - very easy to use. I'll try to find the link of how to read the information and post it later this morning. I run it on my Vista - 32 bit computer - it does not run on my Windows 7 - 64 bit computer. I'm a little frustrated with that, since I really really really do NOT like Vista. :-/
Vista and Windows 7 are both operating systems from Microsoft. Windows 7 is a newer operating system than Vista. 32 Bit or 64 bit is the system type - how it uses the processor. So, if you have a 32 bit operating system, you should be able to use Encore Viewer - it will not work on a 64 bit system.
I didn't buy the disc and the smart card reader as my computers already have the necessary port.

Or it could be your body used the little bit of energy it had to maintain your basic life functions and let the unimportant stuff (like nail growth) go. Much the way a stressed out plant may decide not to bloom one year....until things improve...bailachel wrote:Both my mother and I experienced the nail growth phenomena. I'm also finding that I recuperate after exercise better. Before I returned to CPAP, my legs were feeling more and more tired as the week went on (I cycle to work), so that by Friday I was really struggling. In fact, I was starting to drive mid-week just to give my legs a chance to recover. I thought that by doing it constantly I would build the necessary muscles so it wouldn't be a big effort, but in fact I think I was slowly getting worse. Now I'm riding everyday and I've still got plenty of energy even on Friday and I feel I'm getting stronger again.

Yes, I stopped working out a while ago because I just could not recover and it was getting worse and worse. My morning heart rate would not go back to a rest heart rate after a couple of days off, either. It just kept climbing until my rest heart rate was over 100. (Enter cardiologist, meds and no true exercise program)
My legs that used to be very strong (cyclist) couldn't even get me up the stairs.
I'm going to get back on the bike in an hour. . .!!!!
Oh, is it good to move again or what??! I am so thankful to that brilliant oral surgeon who FINALLY hit the nail on the head.
