That's an incredibly rude response. And to a new member.
In addition, it's just wrong -- on several points.
In business, and cpap.com is a business, unless you're innovating you'll eventually fall behind the competition. It doesn't make any difference if you're talking about an internet cpap company or _any_ kind of business, it's all the same. And the worse the economy is, the more important it is for businesses to compete.
I am really thankful to cpap.com for providing this website. I've purchased products from cpap.com because they're the sponsor of it. And so have many users of this website. It's a money maker for them. A _modest_ amount of effort in _occasionally_ improving it is a reasonable effort for them to make. Note the qualifiers.

That's a poor excuse to never innovate. Facebook, Google, Twitter, et al are certainly glad that _you're_ not their CEO. Or they'd still be working from their garages.
Specific to the OP's point -- a mouse-over of thread subject lines would get me to come to this site more often because my time here would be more efficient. It's the #1 feature that I appreciate MOST on MANY of the forums that I visit.
