Heh, kinks are contagious.

Well, I THINK I've worked out all the kinks as far as my mask, hose, cpap machine goes. I actually slept without water up my nose, or sliding down my cheek, without allergic sinusitis closing my nose all up, without my mask tugging this way and that, and without feeling smothered.

I received my nose pillow cozy and my short hose cozy in the mail yesterday - Karen does beautiful work!

So what happens? I actually slept. . . .until the electricity decided to go on and off all night last night. (Storms)

beep beep beep. beep beep beep. beep beep beep.

grrrrr.

And I need to find a pillow that supports my neck.

Heh, if it's not one thing, it's another.

'Mornin' folks.

IF you are sleeping on your back, try using a rolled up towel in the nape of your neck - to hyper-extend your neck rather than putting a kink in it by moving your chin towards your chest. This, alone, will help to keep your airway open. If you are trying to sleep on your side, well that is a different kind-of-kink.

Thanks, Gumby! I'll try that and see if a towel helps for the time being until I can find something that works. I used a cervical pillow for a while, but the 'big' side is too big and the 'small' side is too small.

And then there were the ones that were too hard, too soft, too. . . this and that. I'm about ready to make my own and be done with it.
