Everything was working just fine yesterday. Nothing changed on my computer since yesterday and today when I went to download my data from the SD card I get the message that no therapy data exists. I go look at the history and it is all there including yesterday's data but I can't view it in the normal therapy process.
I can find data from last year but nothing in the therapy data column shows up after the first of the year. Did I have some kind of SQL corruption? I even did a system restore back to the 19th, (my last system restore) and still have the problem. This is very weird.
Anyone have any ideas?
Oh - and I can view the data on my Encore Viewer software just fine so I know the data is on the SD card and is readable. What's weird is I can even view the report under the history menu of Encore Pro and view the charts - I just can't see the wave form data or any current data in the normal therapy menu listing.
This is very strange.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. My only option would be to restore my system back to my last image backup - but I really don't want to do that if I don't have to.
Encore Pro just lost my therapy data!

Re: Encore Pro just lost my therapy data!
Anyone?
Does this program have some kind of built in archive function? It seems as if the program archived everything from the beginning of the year until now automatically. The historical reports are still there which is very strange but you can't access the regular files as it states they don't exist. I can only access the data from the end of last year back.
I know the the data is still there as I can access the historical reports and can still download the data from the SD card to the Encore Viewer program and the data after the first of the year is still on the SD card.
I don't know how to rectify this situation. I could dump the program altogether, but I like seeing the Wave data.

Re: Encore Pro just lost my therapy data!
One other thing I observed was that the data seemed to disappear exactly on the six month mark of my therapy. Seems a bit coincidental to me. I looked at the preference sections of the software and don't see any feature about automatically archiving data after a period of time. Go figure. As of today it is downloading the data again and displaying it properly.....except for the pesky problem that if I don't download the data first thing in the morning I can't see the WAVE data.
And yes - I am enjoying conversing with myself.
