So I check my information on my cpap machine: AHI - 7 day average is 1.9 - up from 1.7 from yesterday. The 30 day average is 2.3 - it didn't change. I understand it's an average - but . . .is this right?
Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but in addition to the fact that all you can see on your screen are averages, the machine won't fully update until noon (in the time zone it's set for, which--to make it even more confusing--may or may not be the time zone you're in!). The machine waits to see if you're going to do anymore sleeping before updating the data.

Yes my Opus 360 whistles too, sometimes if I exhale just right I can play a tune with it. Every once awhile I soak the elbow in soapy water and use a safety pin to makes sure all the holes are clean. Then I hook it to the short hose and plug the end of the elbow with my finger and the other end up against a running faucet forcing water out the holes. It is messy, water spraying every where. but it makes sure they are clean.
