Hey all form members. I would like any comments on my post "Not Sleeping" as I am seeing my Sleep Dr. at 11:30 today and any question or comments could help me.

I beleive in sleeing pills as a short term fix while working on Sleep Hygiene. There are OTC meds like tylenol/advil pm as wall as melatonin which may be effective. I know most of us shy away from drugs for a long period, but for short term relief while working on the causes of the insomnia and coming up with solutions I believe they can help. Good luck.
