DeVilbiss software update crashed

Just ran the up date DeVilbiss recommended from 2.2 to 2.3 and it failed. Now I can't open the old version or find where to go in my Mac to delete the update and save all my downloads. What's up DeVilbiss with this kind of update??

V 2.3 has been out a while now... my update has worked just fine since doing it. You indicate you are using a Mac so it might be your Bootcamp or Parallel's that is the issue. I would try another clean install and let it update again for you.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Thanks Emilia, I have already tried to reinstall and all I get is a bunch of computer gibberish that only a geek could understand, It won't let me uninstall the up date, can't find it any where, can't even find the original program any where. Guess I will uninstall Paralles and start over, but this means losing all the data on my original program before the update. Have e-mailed Devilbiss about it, maybe in 48 hours I'll get an answer from them...

You won't lose the data as it is stored in the module on the back of your machine. When you put the SD card back in to upload to your fresh install, it will import all of it again.

You can try to PM DeVilbiss Marketing, a forum member on here and she will reply to you probably faster than a company contact would.
