Help! I have "submitted" a private message and it appears in my Outbox and not my Sent Box. Does this mean it hasn't been sent and if so, how do I send it from there.

no... it was sent, but the party that you sent it to hasn't read it yet.

Messages sit in your Outbox until the recipient opens it and then it shows in your Sent box. It is a nice way to know that your PM has been received!
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
